So after perusing Craigslist for days to get a used 1200 at a good price I stumbled upon a group of DJs who want to create an enriched culture for electronic music, it’s lovers both regular people and DJs alike. So anyway I decided to check it out, and it was pretty awesome. They were teaching beginners today and it was a lot of fun. Mainly cause I knew everything they were teaching and was mixing with a few of the teachers for fun.
Really awesome part was I was mixing and doing pretty well transition wise especially cause of the MIDI fighter and everyone loved my setup.
I ended up telling a lot of people about the MIDI fighter (who created it and what it was) and it seems like there should be at least 4 - 5 of them buying MIDI fighters now from DJTT .
Hope it comes through, and it was the least I could do to return such a huge favor. Teaching me all I know about DJing, and supporting me.
I will do something similar as Sarasin this year…
I will finally buy a second hand ipad1 today and my first mac is coming from USA in 1 month.
I plan to buy a midi fighter and a ddm4000 to use as analog mixer at home.
At the end of the year I hope to get some followers and to start giving classes about traktor (and DJTT) to get my investment in equipment back and to help me get more gigs at start
