OT: Worlds first backflip to dirt on a Harley-Davidson

on the weekend we filmed the worlds first harley backflip to dirt… here’s the run down and the video…

12:55pm Saturday 28 November 2009.

The first time in the world that a Harley Davidson has been back flipped to Dirt.
Kain Saul from the Gold Coast-Australia, was the mad man behind the bars.

The XR1200 Sportster supplied by Harley Davidson Australia and prepared by
Gavin Walker and co from Quick Fix Harley Davidson, The bike tips the
scales at 257 kilo and has around 100 horsepower.

The jump took place in Victoria at one of Cam Sinclair’s practice compounds. Cam Sinc’s was there to give a hand.

who knew you could flip such a heavy bike. well done!

well that particular bike is stock except for the front fork set up.. before we jumped it, that bike has been used for a few of the desert enduro races here in Australia so it had been proven on the dirt numerous times before hand.
