yeah, cam’s downhill track has the biggest jumps on a bmx track in the southern hemisphere. a couple of them are around 60ft. which is pretty epic to do without a motor!

Its fricking nuts . I think there only us and Ozzies that drive on the left. Makes driving on holiday a giggle especially going round roundabouts the wrong way SCARY.

Back on topic. That Vid made me want to bust my Specialized BMX out of the cellar but its got flat tyres and my knees are f*cked.
yeah.. its the most insane downhill track i’ve ever seen… there was a dogleg about half way down - right before where the jumps get big. about 80% of the riders that entered used the run off at the dogleg cos they were too chicken to go big
about half the riders that ended up competing in the comp (the night part) were american pro’s
…and we have enough crash footage to make another decent clip out of (and we would have missed about 3 dozen more)

See this is why we had to beat them down in the Revolutionary War. Everyone knew that in the future they’d drive all stupid. (Sorry for the poor, inaccurate historical reference) 
Why am I not surprised? I feel safe behind my MIDI controllers at least. lol
