Powering a DJ Setup for a Outside Tailgate

Hello,

I have a small DJ setup that I currently use that consists of the following:

Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 - DJ Controller
2 Numark N-Wave 580 Speakers
1 Asus Laptop running Serato DJ software playing music from my Itunes. Laptop would most likely have to be charging as I was playing

Question I have is for my setup to be able to play music outside during a tailgate with no access to any sort of a power supply what do people recommend for me to be able to DJ during this event and play music for probably around 3-5 hours. I was looking into a battery powered generator but was not sure how reliable those are and what size I would need and how long it would be able to power my setup with no interruptions.

Any recommendations/info/experiences would be greatly appreciated here

I’d suggest checking the power consumption on all your equipment. Max wattage and amperage draws. Buy a small inverter/generator that can handle it.
