Recording in Traktor / External mixing

Im looking at moving to an external mixing setup…

Would I still be able to record using traktor whilst mixing?

My guess would be that I’d have to come out on a line from the mixer, into my audio interface, and select recording input in Traktor?

Can this be done all on the same interface?

Also interface is currently a Presonus Firebox. (May upgrade to use 4 deck mixing).

you just connect the record out on your mixer into an input on your audio interface then go into audio recording/routing in traktor and set up the channels accordingly.
