s4 effects broken

s4 effects broken

Hi, my effects knobs on the left have came loose. They still work
Fine but they seem as though they have actually came of the controller inside.
They wobble about and are nowhere near as sturdy as the ones on the right. Does anybody
Know how to fix this or where i can send it to be fixed?

Contact NI support and see what they got to say.

Yeah give them a call. When did you buy it? All S4’s come with a 24 manufacturers warranty which covers knobs and faders.

Hi, i bought it the first week it was released. Just missed out on the 24 month
