S4 MK1 help

Hi I have set up my S4 everything is working fine all the controler knobs are doing what they should in theTraktor software sound BUT I have no control over the faders or cue monitoring so basicly I have an expensive volume control and I am unable to mix

I am running an old Macbook Pro 2006 with OSX Lion loading from Itunes and the latest version of Traktor pro Driver control 2.6.0 MAC

any help apreciated

Try calibrating the faders by going into preferences>S4.

Ok, on the cue monitoring, how are your audio channels set up in preferences? Did you assign Master 1&2 and 'Monitor 1&2 to the correct channels?
Is the monitor volume on the front of the S4 turned up?
Is the cue/mix knob turned to the correct deck, or in the middle?

Hope something in the post gets you fixed!

Thanks Van i had done all of the above however you prompted me to revisit Audio setup where I found the problem so thank you for your reply it got me there faster than I would have
