S4 not recognized by the Traktor on PC

Hi,
I’m borrowing an s4 from a friend who runs it off of a mac, but I am having problems with it in my PC. I downloaded the driver and Traktor recognizes it as a soundcard, but it comes up as N/A in the in-port so I cant use the controller. Any ideas?

did you dl controller manager as well?

that is needed before it will work.

What version of Windows are you running? Are you using USB2 or USB3 ports?
