Sample function problem

Hi, I’m new here..
Currently using VCI100 SE arcade with TSI v 1.4
running Traktor Pro 1.2.4

PROBLEM
Whenever I want to sample a loop, slicer FX3 comes on automatically screwing up my loop.

For example, I want to sample a loop on deck B
I hold Sample button and press headphone cue on deck B
when I do this, the slicer FX3 turns on automatically while the being sampled. Am i doing something wrong or is this a bug?

The current tsi is 3.6.4. Do you mean you’re on firmware version 1.4? If so clarify what tsi you’re using. The latest version of Traktor is 1.2.7 and I’ve seen lots of problems solved by simply updating to the software.
