Scratching with the SCS3D

Scratching with the SCS3D

I know, I know, everybody here is into effects and all that, and I’m not using the 3D to it’s full potential. It’s just so dang fun.:sunglasses:

cool. keep it up =)

Are you doing the pitch and scratch technique?

Nice work,

Looks like he inverted the volume fader inside of the TSI and slightly off camera he is holding his finger on the top of the volume fader to get that gating effect that passes the audio when hes holding his finger down (normally you would be holding the bottom and tapping the top of the volume fader).

Other than that it appears the unit is setup with the default layout, the first part hes triggering cue points, then he moves into vinyl mode and is using the default settings to scratch.

Yeah, he’s doing multi-touch on the crossfader - holding a low value while tapping a higher one. He’s going to be beta testing the new SCS.3m, so I can’t wait to see how good he gets when he has full use of the SCS.3d platter. Right now he can’t use the S4 center strip because he turns the 3d sideways and remaps the deck gain to the crossfader.

awesome, plain awesome!

ah, makes more sense now. I’m still waiting for the new version of bomes so I can recode my scs.3d. =^(

wait…1.7 got released when I wasn’t looking. woohoo!!

busy week next week apparently. hah!
