Simple Task: How Do I Map My MIDI Fighter 3D?

Alright, so, I’ve followed what little tutorial I could find on how to connect and map controls to my MIDI Fighter 3D. I am using Ableton, and have followed all the steps listed here: Midi Fighter Setup Guide - DJ TechTools

So far I can’t hear any sound. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong? I’m really, really new to ableton 9 (my only experience with DAWs is audiotool), but I just want to get to drum-trapping. Any advice and help is welcome. Please.

The MF3D is a midi controller only. What you have to do is look under at Ableton’s Audio Device menu and select which ever the audio interface you use.
