Soft takeover when using modifiers in Traktor Pro

Community, I need your help. I’m surprised I haven’t seen other posts about this yet, but it’s making Traktor Pro unusable for me. So I have a set-up built for 4 deck control, VCI firmware 1.2. When using modifiers to switch A/B to C/D, the soft takeover commands do not function. I know plenty of folks are using Ean’s tsi (3 deck control, right?), so what is happening with say, the volume fader when switching from A to C and adjusting the fader on both decks? I’ve noticed that changing the volume faders to relative position allows the soft takeover to function, but this mode is not usable for me performance-wise. Any takers? (I really want to use this software, grrr…)

Not yet, but I’ve put it in Features Request, On the Record, and Bug Reports with NI, so hopefully something will come of it.

NI will be fixing soft takeover in version 1.0.3:smiley:
