Something is wrong after attempted firmware upgrade

Tried to upgrade the firmware on my midi fighter and something messed up. I have a mac and used the upgrade program i got off the forum. It said it found the midifighter erased the midi fighter then said there was a error in loading hex. The led lights are all on bar bottom right and 1 above. Tried searching but found nothing hope you guys can help

Update: now no lights are working nothing happens when i plug it in to usb.

Did you drag the update program to your desktop after you unzipped it? Try the wire jump method to get it into boot mode.
