SSL 2.3.3 released

SSL 2.3.3 released

Why is the #1 Traktor fanboy posting the Serato update?
WHAT’S NEW?

Added in 2.3.3
2.3.3 is a maintenance release containing many bug fixes, read the release notes for details.

Fixed bug where if SSL was started with the TTM 57 plugged in, it would increase its gain level if it was unplugged, then plugged in again.
Fixed the TTM 57 B1-B6 button mapping so that their states match the state of the Scratch Live function to which they’re mapped to.
I had noticed that my gain increased somehow on occasion, and thinking back now, It WAS after i turned the 57 off to rescan new tracks and back on again without exiting SSL, a minor inconvenence, but glad it’s fixed.

s for the button mapping updates, I’m assuming it means the LEDs on the mixer? not really been an issue for me as I usually have the hardware panel up on the laptop screen if I’m using anything beyond basic transport controls in the scratch live section on the 57. Will be a good thing I suppose if I ever use the onboard effects heavily, and am using the bridge at the same time to save screen real estate.

sweeet!!

I really like being able to rename my cue points. What a handy little feature. It’s not something that I “need” but… it’s honestly just nice to have

Our #1 Traktor Fan didn’t read the Serato Sticky? eh…trying to making things nice and neat here..

No ‘DJ AM’ mode anymore (but since 2.2.X)! :rage:

yay

Anti-trainspotter mode (aka AM mode) works fine for me in 2.3.3.

Thanks Konix, your hint made me trying 2.3.3 this morning and AM works again now! Perfect start into the weekend…

THX!

PS: With 2.3.1 running I couldn´t get AM activated, last SL version on my Macbook that worked in AM mode on has been the 2.2.2 release.

lol

Testing 2.3.3 with the Rane SL3 (borrowed from Souldancer) now with the CDJ2000’s in HID mode.. Damn, latency doesn’t exist anymore.. Hope Traktor will go the same way with it.

SSL 2.3.3 released

How did you like the HID mode? Btw how did the scopes look in the setup?

Hi, the HID mode works perfectly and on my MB the latency is < 5 and still running smooth.
My english sucks a bit.. What do mean with “How did the scopes look in the setup?”

you know the sine wave scopes in the setup menu.

Damn.. Screenprint won’t upload.. But The sine wave scopes look OK to me and are ok to place the cue points.
I like the ‘classic vertical’ view the most, because of the other info about the track in the deck. You can choose 4 different ones in the setup.
Next to Traktor the S-Scratch setup is a bit spartanic, but together with the CDJ’s in HID mode it works great.
