Full list of changes:
Playback and file management fixes

Total rewrite of all metadata/tagging read/write of all MPEG-4 files. This includes .mp4, .m4a, .aac and many .mov files.
Potential fix to seemingly random crashes during playback of files decoded by Quicktime libraries (mac).
Fixed bug where autoplay was enabled after hot-plugging hardware.
Fixed bug where some MPEG-4 files were being incorrectly marked as corrupt.
Fixed bug where some files were not relocating after using ‘relocate lost files’.
Removed video file filtering. This means Scratch Live can now play audio from video files without having to have Video-SL installed.
Fixed potential crashes when relocating lost files.
Fixed MIDI mapped SL4 THRU button still triggering even when ‘Lock Playing Deck’ is in effect.
Fix for Grid Edit keyboard shortcut not cycling through the SL3 Aux Deck.
Fixed Relocate Lost Files not finding files in some cases and sometimes losing information.
Empty crates are saved to the root drive’s subcrates dir to allow the user to prepare a crate structure. NB: Empty crates are never saved to external drives.

Hardware related fixes

Fixed bug where if SSL was started with the TTM 57 plugged in, it would increase its gain level if it was unplugged, then plugged in again.
Fixed the TTM 57 B1-B6 button mapping so that their states match the state of the Scratch Live function to which they’re mapped to.
CDJ-900 loop editing now works on deck 4.
Fixed bug where some midi controllers wouldn’t display in the MIDI panel of the setup screen. Affected devices include the NI Kontrol X1.
Fixed issues with the Pioneer MEP-7000 pitch and velocity controls.
GUI fixes

When ‘lock playing decks’ is in effect, the thru mode button is now disabled.
Fixed bug where the waveforms were rendered a little low (horizontal mode).
Fixed incorrect spacing for + pitch amounts on the GUI’s velocity sliders.
Fixed bug where the bpm couldn’t be doubled/halved without the edit box seemingly clearing all text upon a key release.

SSL 2.4 Support for Rane 61/62 + bug fixes

http://serato.com/downloads/scratchlive/rane-sixty-one-sixty-two

[QUOTE]Scratch Live 2.4
Full list of changes:
Software gain calibration of Rane hardware (except SL1 & TTM 57)

Recently we reviewed the output level of the Rane hardware with the Scratch Live Master Gain knob set to 12 o’clock/0db (the default and ctrl+click reset position).

We found some inconsistencies in the levels. The 68 was too loud and the SL2/3/4 were too quiet by default.

We have now set the amplification for each Rane device so when the Scratch Live Master Gain is at 12 o’clock/0db the unbalanced output level for all devices is the same as the CDJ-2000 and CDJ-1000. This now gives Rane hardware a uniform output.

WARNING: You may experience the volume change when using this build. Please also be aware of the change when switching between previous Scratch Live releases.

Serato Video compatibility
Support for Serato Video support added.

Hardware related fixes
Fixed bug where ‘Set Cue’ for the TTM 57 didn’t work. It’s supposed to set a cue point to the next available cue slot.
Fixed bug where the TTM 57 ‘Track Repeat’ mapped control didn’t function correctly.
Fixed bug when plugins are disabled, such as Serato Video, SP6 and DJ FX, the TTM 57 mappable items for the respective controls don’t show in the dropdown lists.

Playback and file management fixes

Fixed bug where turning off Read iTunes Library importing would remove all tracks from crates that are in the iTunes library.
Tweaked Autoplay, when a track’s playhead is beyond the end of the track if you enable Autoplay the next track is now loaded.
Implemented the reading of the initial key from mpeg4 containers.
Fixed bug where an Instant Double from the library to secondary decks wouldn’t double from anything.
Fixed bug where needle dropping before the beginning of the vinyl didn’t take the playhead to the beginning of the track. This occurred when a non-needle related playhead position change had just happened, i.e. via the GUI.
Fixed bug where changing between Ultra Knob mode and Super Knob mode from the right DJ FX area would turn off all FX slots in the left DJ FX area (and vice versa). The correct functionality is to only turn off the FX slots in its own area.

The Bridge fixes
Fixed The Bridge bug where, if the SL3 Aux deck plugin option is on, 4 deck controllers would only show 3 syncable decks.

GUI fixes

Fixed bug where vinyl scroll didn’t scroll horizontally when in album art grid layout.
Horizontal mouse movement now affects knobs.
Fixed bug where the SL3 wouldn’t disable the thru button when Lock Playing Decks is on and the track is playing.
