looks like we are starting signups for supermix part 2! the first one isnt done yet…but so many people wanted to get in on the mix, that it makes sense to make a supermix 2… so here it is! signup sheet for supermix 2!
Rules:
7 minutes sets! do anything you want…however leave room at the end of the song so the next person mixing in has time to mix! 32 beat outro should do fine!
How to do this?
The first person in the signups will make there mix, and upload it to a free site such as megauplod.com or rapidshare.com or zshare.net . once uploaded take the link that you get to the download and private message it to the person who is next in the mix… that person will then add their songs…compress it to Mp3 and then upload it…
Format:
for file size and ease of use please use the built in audio recorder in traktor, and use 320kpbs Mp3 compression…

can i suggest that as the mix grows, after you have done your session and saved it off you could add your name to the comment tag of the mp3 file. this would save confusion of who has/hasn’t mixed as we saw in the first supermix.
maybe you could even list the tracks in the comments tag? i dont know how big it is though…
edit: just looked, i dont think track list in the comments tag is a good idea but definitely the set list!

Why not make it a 7-man-mix? We still lack people for this round.
Everyone would have around 10 minutes which is more pleasent to most of us I think.
