the new s2 and not used :disappointed:

hellow guys … i buy a Traktor s2 controller last day and when i registered my hardware serial i got know my email have problem and i cant active my software and … fucked up !
its never be used ! and the problem is from yahoo center, i dont know how can i explain to NI support team these ;/
please help me how can i Active my s2 ? its not used even :disappointed:

I’m sure if you ask NI nicely, and tell then your OLD e-mail adress and the reason that you can’t access it, they’ll send their original e-mail containing your serial to another e-mail adress.

Remember - ask nicely.
