Time to upgrade!!
I’m currently running Traktor 3 on a VCI-100 SE and am going to upgrade to Pro. Do i need Traktor Pro or Traktor Scratch Pro? Any input would be helpful.

You want Traktor Pro. Traktor Scratch Pro is only needed if you want to scratch on a real turntable or cd-j and it also requires a TSP compatible audio interface etc. But you can of course scratch without TSP using the jog wheels on your VCI-100 using TP.
