Traktor Audio 10 MK2 not working

I just took it from the box, updated the driver at the Service Center, restarted the computer, opened Traktor and plugged the A10 in. Traktor says it’s not connected and the A10 just keeps blinking the USB LED.

What should I do?

ps: its windows, I did not try it on the mac yet, I don’t want double frustration lol

Looks like Service Center somehow did not install the Driver, IDK why.

Downloaded and installed from NI’s website.
