Traktor Beat grid

Hey guys ive got another traktor problem. From time to time my beat grid will either be completly out of time or it just wont be there…now i dont know how to fix this. usually ill just move it as the song is playing but it has been doing it alot…any hints?

On topic: set a cue point on the first beat, and turn it in a grid cue marker. Then manually adjust the bpm until it fits. Some songs don’t have a stable BPM though, in which case you’re basically fucked.
