Traktor Bible 2

Hi all,

I ordered the Traktor bible 2 a few weeks ago and it turned up last week.

I have to say what a great job Rainer and Karlos did on it, it’s fantastic, i couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I’ve been tucked up in bed till the early hours of the morning reading it and it’s amazing some of the tips and things you find.
It’s really enabled me to streamline Traktor and delve even deeper into it, customizing it even more to how i work best.

If I haven’t read Traktor Bible 1 yet, can I still just get TB 2? Does TB 2 cover everything in TB 1 plus more?

edit: or is this for Traktor 2…haha…sorry just starting out.

The new edition is the 3rd edition and covers all flavours of Traktor Pro2.

The previous editions are sold out.

The new edition covers a lot of basic features of previous versions of Traktor Pro but where features have changed it does not cover the previous function.

Sorry no thats not possible. Traktor Bible is the sole work of one person (with an little Elf helper) so it is a mans income at stake.

A big misconception is that Native Instruments has something to do with the Bible but they do not. Not a single thing.

Updates are always free though and the Bible website is a great resource.

does that mean, that when traktor 3 comes out it will be a free update too ?,

and do guys that bought traktor bible first edition get traktor 2 bible free and all newer releases ?

Does the bible go into doing custom mappings? Not just importing them…
