Traktor cue points/hot cues
Is there a way i can map my cue points in Traktor to a pad controller, there not hot cues!
Iv cue referenced about 1000 songs, i wont to map my pad controller so each pad will take me to different section in the song, plus for mixing and stuff. The thing is there not hot cues and i cant find a dam thing in the Traktor mapping section
Do i actually have to re ad the cue reference points as hot cues to 1000 songs to be able to do this?

You can select the cues and change the type of cues that they are without having to re-cue. Not sure there’s a quick way to do it tho!
If you do have a pad controller, and you have pads mapped to cues, these will be active, it’s just a matter of changing cue type.
Fastest way I know is to just do it on the fly as you use each song that you want to change the cues of, hardly worth using a whole weekend to do what is a frustrating job. You can set up a mapping to a pad controller, where you can choose a cue, and quickly specify the type of cue you want it to be. This is all mappable.

Add Hotcues trough this path:
Duplicate Set+Store hot cue command 7 times, set a Deck Target (assignment) and MIDI learn it to your pads. Once you finish with mapping them, go ahead and set the value (cue#) to determine which pad should trigger which Cue.
