By the looks of it the S5 will control Stem/Remix deck volume/filter/fx sends in the same fashion the S4 does now. No timecode or standalone capabilities as a result of the simplified inputs but at least it has Booth outputs!
I think I might grab one of these since it should be quite more portable than the S8 and I already have Stem controls with the Twister
WORD. Just make it 2 channels or 4 channels options and they would make a serious dent in the DVS market. Sick of these controllers without jogwheels, STEMS, etc. from Traktor. Look at Pioneer, they are doing it right… Of course minus the price tag.
