Traktor kontrol x1 problem

I got a x1 for Christmass and had no problems with it untill the last few days. Traktor wont read it. I have the correct drivers installed and it lights up the way it should when i open traktor but it has no function. It is my first midi controller and i haveno clue what to do!

Please help!

did you run the wizard or imported the tsi?

Are the in/out ports set correctly? You can restore in the X1 settings in preferences.

what version of traktor are you using? Traktor LE/DUO/PRO or Scratch?
