Traktor S4 Cuts off when playing…
I am using PC with my Traktor S4 and I have played around 3 or 4 off the latencies. I am still having a cut off of the music when I am playing, it happens more a the beginning and later on, at least twice. Please give me feedback on what could be the problem.
Hi there, what OS are you running? Turn off wifi, disable antivirus, close any unnecessary programs already running, use a usb2 port if avail, run in full screen mode. There’s also a very extensive and comprehensive guide to tweaking for running Traktor, search the forums, think it might be a sticky too. Hope all working soon. Cheers.
You’ve got to use a USB 2.0 port if available and then start deactivating devices like wi-fi, etc. Do all the steps in the Windows Tuning guide and run the optimization scripts.
if nothing works, you will need to buy a new laptop if you want to keep the S4, either a Mac or a Windows laptop that is proven to work with out disabling everything.
