traktor s4 led issue

just recently upated to traktor pro 2.6.4 after doing that when I go to close my laptop an reopen my leds on my s4 controller don’t come on my s4 controller but when I go to to prefersences on traktor software led brightness move sliders or unplug and plug usb turn on/off controller they come on spoke to NI tech support nothing . I reinstall drivers, software ,control editor and version of traktor I had before nothing . didn’t have this issue until I updated traktor . please help.

I´m having the same problem and my flux mode don´t work after the update.
I installed Traktor Pro 2.6.4 and the latest update for Kontrol S4.

Delete the S4 in controller manager, and use the Wizard to reinstall.
