Traktor Scratch Pro freezes after about 40-60 min

so, everytime i’m working on a set or something, traktor tends to freeze and i have to close out, restart, load the track up etc.
is this just an issue with tsp? or an issue with my cpu etc.
this is something that would be very bad if it happened at a show.

unfortunately my computer is an acer aspire 5532
not the greatest computer but it gets me by.

is there anything i should look into about solving this problem? maybe even downgrade to traktor pro?

i’m pretty sure its outdated
i have full license but i haven’t really checked the updates recently.

  1. Update
  2. Install the 2.0.15 audio8 driver instead of the newest one
  3. Follow the new PC tweak guide in the NI knowledge base

do you know if there is an update thats not on the NI site?
my email is outdated and i cannot access my account
i would have to start a new account, which my serial number is already registered

1.2.1 is buggy as fuck, and freezes after (i think) 30 tracks. Enjoy.

it sounds bad, and trust me if i was one of you i would assume that i just downloaded some torrent.
but literally, my serial number is already registered.
therefore i wouldn’t be able to create a new account

i’ve had this for so long though, that i kinda forgot all about updates ha

actually the first 3 versions of traktor pro were total bollox .. went back to good old 3.4 till NI sorted their shit out.
