I just upgraded from the S4 Mk1 to the Mk2, but I can’t seem to get my Mk1 mapping to work with the Mk2. I’ve been using the 1.2.2 version of the DJTT S4 mapping. I know there is a newer versions that does work with the Mk2, but I prefer the layout of everything on the original version. When I load the mapping in Traktor, it won’t recognize the Mk2 as being compatible. Is there an easy way to translate things over? Or even if there was a way to make the jogs control FX1 and FX2 instead of controlling FX3 would work for me. Thanks.
That’s actually the mapping I was referring to. Both jogs only control FX3. I was looking to make a straight translation of DJTT Custom S4 1.2.2 for the Mk2.
I stumbled upon a fix actually. While I’m not sure what it was that made it work, I thought I’d share what I did in case anyone else funds into a similar issue. I removed all of the mappings and loaded the 1.2.2 mapping with a second S4 Mk2 user mapping and turned on my controller. From there, TSP2.6.7 loaded it up to function perfectly with that controller.
