Hi
I making this stuff.
Thanks for the forum thread and the invitation
I’ll aks any question of course.
Mainly i developed this controllers guitar related, but i’m open any idea for the future development if DJs need special functions, special midi commands or any stuff.
This is extremely cool! I especially like how you incorporated the pedal functionality.
If you ever build a smaller (I’m happy with 1 or 2 buttons), but wireless version, it’s an instant buy for me.
that looks pretty awsome! i was just chatting with padi today about a friend of mine looking for a usb/midi footswitch/footpedal to use with ableton for looping his own stuff i.g. guitar/bass/drums/microphones etc.
I am trying to contact you via eBay but somehow it does not work. The links above are also out of date again but from your name (Guitar Fun Stuff) I think you are the one selling the midi footswitches from Hungary.
I wanted to know if and (1) how do you program the buttons to send specific messages (and what midi messages you can send), (2) if the device retains the programmed presets you last did even if used without a computer, and (3) if you think it will work connected to a iConnectMIDI4+ USB host port. The iConnectMIDI accepts USB devices and works standalone without a computer or iPad/iPhone - do you think it will work standalone connected to this midi interface with the last saved presets previously programmed in a computer (if your devices are programmable of course)? If your devices are not programmable what messages does it send specifically?
They are more expensive than the items you linked, but if you look at keyboard/synth accessories we have dozens of different types of pedal systems available. Many are MIDI too.
