VCI-100 unresponsive in Traktor Pro 1.24, though recognized
My black VCI-100 arrived today and I spent the past 2 hours trying to get it to work with Traktor Pro 1.24, without any luck.
My Win7 64-bit recognizes it fine, and so does Traktor, but the buttons and sliders don’t affect anything in the software. All I can see is the data send led lighting on. I’ve tried different mappings, no difference.
Is there any other place where I have to activate the controller? I already ran through the Setup Wizard dozens of times.
So much for plug-n-play 
BTW, on the box, there’s a sticker that says v1.2, so I think my VCI-100 (even though it’s the black edition) is running fw 1.2.
