VCI-300 Headphone sound???

I’m not getting any sound out of my headphones?? Headphones are good, I pushed the PFL Button, adjusted the monitor select and level knobs, moved the pc/thru switch, have tracks playing in the decks and nothing?? I didn’t have any speakers/amp plugged into the master out but, I don’t think that has anything to do with it.. This is my first time using it (or, I should say I haven’t got it to work yet :disappointed:..)
Does it sound like I’m missing something? The instructions are not very in depth.. Thanks

Have you set your audio outputs in Itch/Traktor (whichever you are using)

I’m using (or, trying to use) Itch.. I didn’t know I was supposed to set the outputs. I’ll check that..
