crossfader has bleed on left.

what kind of bleed on the left? for that price it should perform flawlessly.

in the video, at exactly 3 minutes, you can see what the crossfader is doing.

mine did that too, i wish i remember how i fixed it but it stopped doing it after a while.

yea, it doesn’t do it all the time, and had stopped for a while. just being upfront about the only quirk it has.

have you tried adjusting the crossfader curve setting? sometimes moving that pot around clears it up.

yep, I’ve tried changing the curve settings, didn’t help.

it’s weird, because for a while it wasn’t doing that behavior anymore, and was working perfectly, and then it went back to it.

I’m not really worried about selling it, but I also don’t like the house to fill up with unused gear.

Hey, have you ever opened up one of these?
Do you know if the crossfader is on a separate board? if so, it would be an easy fix. Also, do the jogwheels have those little springs in them? (like in a vci 300)
Might just go ahead and put in a new crossfader, but I’d rather have some insight into it before I start opening it up.

I’ve decided I’ll do $210 with free insured US shipping. I think that’s fair, any less than that, and I’ll gladly keep it.

i fixed it.
opened it up. it doesn’t have springs in the jogs.
there was a small piece of lint or something on the underside of the fader. I guess it was connecting the strips, and making it think it was being moved.
once I got that out of there, it worked perfectly.
