Vestax VCI 380 traktor mapping problems

Hi,

I just got the vci 380 and am trying to custom map it to traktor myself but it seems the master volume knob isn’t sending out midi…is this right?? seems weird they would make a knob un mapable on a midi unit.

everything else is awesome and a great improvement on my custom mapped vci 100 i’ve been using for the last 4 years.

any one else having this problem?

From what I understand is that the vci 380 has a standalone mixer. So in that case the volume knob isn’t a mappable knob, but an actual, physical volume knob.
