What else do you do?

Besides dj’n/producing what are your other hobbies? If your life’s not completely consumed by music that is.

I ride motorcycles places they’re not meant to be ridden.

I’m also a trail runner, mountain biker, and backpacker.

I’m a photojournalist by trade, but I don’t really take pictures outside of work. So I wouldn’t call it a hobby.

I build speakers. I also love working with anything 2 stroke, in particular, mopeds. I just picked up my second puch maxi, and will be rebuilding the engine/kitting it out over the course of the summer.

Cool, I dig the moped thing. You might like this guy. He went from Sydney to London on a moped. Here’s a very long thread he used to document the trip.

hahaha, thats awesome. There was a guy who went from East to west coast on a maxi, and I thought that was extreme enough!

I’m very much new to the whole moped thing, but its been fun projects. Although I’m well over the legal age to drive, I’m a cheap bastard, and prefer not to pay scalpers insurance to get my license.

I feel like I’ve done pretty well every type of hobby out there at some point, but my past recent hobbies included competitive gaming, tae kwon do, krav maga, dance, swimming, and I still longboard as well.

SWEEEEEET. I have been a Mini lover since i first saw one. I have a modern Mini Clubman (don’t start that it is not a real Mini, I know…).

What’s she got that’s special or have you restored to original? A friend at work gave me a real Mini shop manual a few weeks ago (1970 copyright), are you interested? PM me if you are.

Karlos: that is a beautiful machine

Jake: that is a beautiful guitar. I also play guitar/bass/drums/random instruments and mess around with recording technology, but I figured that kind of fit into the things people already assumed I did.

@ Growtesk, I used to be a 400m runner in highschool, although I never got below 49.98 :disappointed:

My other hobbies include keeping it real, and being awesome.
It’s only a hobby though, I’m not ready to go pro :disappointed:

I build all kinds of things, from electronic devices to furniture. But, over the past several years my biggest hobby has to be physics, particularly quantum mechanics.

My other hobbies apart from djing or should i say mixing for my own pleasure and producing tracks with my friend Lee,watching Rugby as I used to play and doing Martial arts :slight_smile:

to the OP in particular…

in my spare time a mate and i have a film company called Firestorm Films (click the our videos link in my sig).. he does most of the filming and all the editing while i film occasionally and take care of everything else i.e promotion, music licensing and all the ‘behind the scenes’ stuff.
