Whats this controller? (Ben Sims & Surgeon live webcast now)

Live video on now, whats the controller that surgeon is using?

Too late! :disappointed:

This one?

looks like some faderfox device, but hard to tell

Think thats it, not too good of a picture. Its like the size of the 1d or the x1 but doesnt look like the layout of either of them.

looks like this one:

sounds nice, never seen before!

this can´t be the aurora cause the controller in the bad picture above has metal side plates plus the aurora isn´t that high.

usually im pretty good at this controller identification game but god damn, thats a bad picture ! lol

Looks like a Fader Fox by the midi ports on the back and the size/configuration. But which one is too hard to tell. My guess is an LC2 or a custom.

Phil.

Hey cut me some slack. It’s a screen grab from live streaming video!! :open_mouth:

Oh i am not dissing your job, you did the best with what was given to you

Infact if it wasnt for you no one would have any hope in doing an ident on the controller :stuck_out_tongue:

Hmmm… my guess is it’s a Faderfox LV1. Look at the pictures.

Agreeing with the faderfox mob.
(Actually see it being used in the dutch techno scene loadsatimes  )

sorry for the thread hijack but where did this aurora thing come from, I just looked it up but was kinda surprised no one on here ever brought them up before, does anyone have one, they look sweet.

They are a bitch to build everything needs surface soldered, and you will not find shit for help trying to build one. You need everything, because its a blank PCB u have to solder everything to. When you are done it cost like $400+ because the shits to expensive.

Its a great concept, but an ultimate failure, better off just going the midibox/arduino route.

thank you.

TABS, wasn’t the project closed too?

You could find an vcm-100 near 200$ at second hand market if you search.
