Xone 1D Button Problems

Hi I have set up my 1d controller with the bottom buttons being play, synch and mod1=1 then next press they are cue and mod1=0 for decks A,B,C and D respectively. I tend to find sometimes when I press to start, nothing happens…press again it play’s as it was supposed to do 2 beats ago ! Has anyone ever had this, it’s quite frustrating any suggestions ?

Use tPro, audio8, mid 2010 macbook13", Xone 1D

yeah i had this problem,and i fixed it but i cant remember how i did it sorry
are you using the 1d in “traktor mode” rather than the “ableton live mode” (something to do with setting the led rings) i am sur its something like that if not it might modifers
