Nice setup, what Audio Interface are you using?
Until now; I used a low-of-the-low flaming Berhinger UFO22 2 rca , 2 rca out, and the onboard jack output (stacked in an agregated device) for cuing. Nothing great about it, but I never got any trouble with it except for a bit of hum.
Currently I’m changing (gotta try a Fasttrack C400, and a Scarlett 2i4 if the first fails) to a 2 ins 4 outs setup , I’m still hesitating between two setups (if you have some inputs, don’t hesitate)
Out1/2 : headphones cuing
Out3/4 : PA
and
Onboard Out : headphones cuing
Out1/2 : PA
Out3/4 : to my Boss RE20 Space Echo/Reverb (to save on CPU, and warmer sound)
In1/2 : Return from Boss RE20
Love it! I’d probably forget what all the dials did though… haha 
oh no, it’s really easy all the column are the very same 
from low to hi :
push = mute
knob = volume
push = cue
knob = send to space echo
push = momentary enable multi-fx
push + knob = select multi-fx (redux - phaser - vocoder - LFO1/8 bandpass - LFO1/16 bp - envelope controlled bp)
knob = send to 3/8 delay
push = reset filter
knob = lp to hp filter
2nd page on right hand twister = 8 macro knob to selected fx
Finally replaced the audio interface! and I could add the the RE20 Space Echo/Reverb.
