I have a youtube channel and i want my mixing videos to look more professional instead of just having pictures of girls
Does anyone know of the software going quantum use to make the ECG looking meter on his videos?

It is likely to be have been done in a Video Package like Adobe After Effects or Sony Vegas.

Lots of example videos on how to do it on Youtube - Such as the one below which is for After Effects and has a link to download a Free Project File so you can recreate it.
