is it possible to map them blinking? i had the idea to map a beatphase monitor out to each button, but since its connected to a specified deck or focus it won’t work…

Hey iona, what controller do you map to traktor? Sure, it is possible.

oh i forgot - the xone k2. at the moment i mapped four beatphase monitors per button (A,B,C,D) since at least one deck is running - but i think its not a clean solution.

You should map all four deck’s phase monitors to every each four buttons for that scenario.

ok, thx for the advice. you mean the normal phase instead of the beatphase?
had hoped that there is a better solution. but somehow i get used to map x commands for one function. :wink:

No, I meant of beat phase monitor there also. Until Tractor can offer some kind of optional state blink command we must satisfy with what we got :slight_smile:

ok - than i’ve done correctly. thx again! :slight_smile:

I’m glad that helped.

Here is one short demo video:

Still can’t get the bloody thing to work I have my 8 Buttons mapped to specify values and to turn on looping. Now I have each of those buttons mapped to change the modifier directly 0-7. Any help on mapping the LED output. Please.

You can follow order in controller range from my original post.

Wont work. Closest thing Ive got is just a light up when its on the correct value. What should I use as my out message like, Loop Size select and Set or the Modifier?

Loop size / Controller ange

/32 = 0
/16 = 1
/8 = 2
/4 = 3
/2 = 4
1 = 5
2 = 6
4 = 7
8 = 8
16 = 9
32 = 10

Ive got that to work but I want it to be only lit up if its in an active loop.

Ste modifier condition ‘Is in Active loop’ to all LED outputs :wink:

Still cant get it to work could you give me the full run through, Add in > (something) > Then the modifiers. This is driving me bloody insane. Thanks.

That should be easy as assigning modifier condition ‘Is in Active loop’ to Loop Size Selector LED outputs.

Add out > Deck Common > Loop > Loop Size Selector
modifier condition - Is in Active loop (will lite only if loop engaged)
controller range - 0-0 (example for /32)

This is off topic here btw.

Dont know if you ever got this working but this is how I have it setup.

I know it doesnt make sense to have the modifier on the “Loop Active ON” switch but it seems to work better (could just be my controller). I am running TSP 2.6 with a Novation launchpad, External mixer and a remote zero for FX. My LED Output range is actually 10-19 (red - orange) but the default 0-127 (ON/OFF) should be fine or change it as you need it. I had this running with 4 decks a while back. I just might set that up again.

Invert and Blend are unchecked for all parameters.

Good luck.

Hey Stewe

I’ve been mapping all the commands for my Bank1, adding a condition M1=1 (I started all over again with your tsi file)

When I switch to Bank2, the commands from Bank1 don’t work (so far so good), but the lights still remain.

Example;

Bank1: cue (in) M1=1
cue (out) / midi range 95/95 /// M1=1

Bank2: only browser on (in) M1=2
only browser on (out) / midi range 3/124 /// M1=2

When I press Bank2 the browser button lights up and works perfectly. When I switch back to bank1 the browser button is still there lighten up although uneffective.

Can’t figure what I’ve been doing wrong
