Activating Native Instruments

Activating Native Instruments

I need to activate these in the Service Center. I did not receive a serial number which i need to type in? Am i missing something here? I can’t save sounds because of this and i just spend 2 hours making a huge bass. AWKARD. Suggestions? I bought massive two days ago and still only received the confirmation email. WTF.

I believe there have been issues with the automated response system at NI this week but, really this is an issue you should be posting over at NI forums and with NI support.
