Assign effects to microphone on the S4..?
Hello!Can anyone tell me how can i assign effects to the microphone..?
you need to check your input routing and set input D to go to either Channel C or D. It may be set to Aux by default, so you need to change it.
Once you do this, you need to put either deck C or D (which you selected) in “Live Input Mode”. From there on, the FX assignment works as on the regular decks.
Other option for non-live usage is to keep it on the Aux, record a loop from the Aux, move the loop to a sample deck and apply the effect on the recorded loop 
so practically, if you want live Mic FX you need to sacrifice a deck …
