Pretty much the same here. I was really missing my individual crates though so I’m glad that’s back. I would really like it if the app synced across multiple computers.
this is good news. I liked beatler better than beatport, even the new beatport, because it remembers which tracks you’ve played. Also in mac you could assign hotkeys to skip through tracks even when not in a browser window. So you can listen to tracks more easily while surfing the interweb etc.
Hmm does anyone know if there is a way to use hotkeys to cycle through tracks when not in the app? I like to browse the internet and do other stuff while listening to new tunes… Can’t seem to find an option to do this.
Why not? Beatler was OSX only all along the way and basically this is just Beatport absorbing it.
I’m sure they will eventually port this, the beta is basically the same app it was before except for a few little details (and the fact it naturally works with the non flash version), I even found a few bugs/errors I had with Beatler (like the fact that the artwork finder only takes the info from the 1.1 version of the tag and you can’t alter the picture if the file already contains one)
