New Beatport app for Mac?
is it even worth downloading?
I use it for downloading store-bought tracks. In the settings you can choose what format the file names and folders are. I tend to sort all my music as folders on the HDD then use Traktor to create playlists.
if you use itunes or already have your library organized you will basically lose all that data and have to start over fresh.
app is a mess in my opinion. gave it a few days trying to figure out a way that it wouldn’t screw up everything in itunes. no such luck.
i like the app but couldn’t find a way to integrate it into tractor , so I use it to download and browse tracks. If you use the “beatbot” function on the website , its better in the app
