Does the Chroma Caps also fit on the “2 out” knobs and “2 cue” knobs? If it does, which one fits? super knob or fatty knob? Thanks a bunch Stewe!

They do fit on there. Use Super Knobs though, with Fatty knobs you would probably not get enough space between knobs.
