Best Virtual Synth For Dubstep Wobble Bass

Best Virtual Synth For Dubstep Wobble Bass

So, I’ve Started making a lot of dubstep music and I’m wondering what you guys think the best virtual synth for the wobble bass is. I’m currently using the ES2 Synth found in logic. I’m considering picking up a copy of reason or maybe massive as I’ve been told they are, and there are better choises than the ES2. Any recommendations?

Try out Crystal VST by Green Oak if you are looking for something free

As long as the LFOs are highly tweakable.

That’s another thing… my crappy midi keyboard just broke so im stuck with my laptop keyboard for a little bit which means no interesting real-time effect tweaking… no playing with the Lfo

my main synth is Massive NI for now.

a new synth is coming out soon called Razor NI check this out here

personnaly i never use real time fx tweaking. I always use automation, you can still play w/ LFO no worries. dots will remplace knobs.
If you dont know about automation just YouTube it

+1 on massive. So much possibility and the interface is really quick and intuitive.

Razor looks sweet!

razor is out now.

Definitely Massive, but as Tekki said, any synth where you can tweak the LFO will work.

Same here. Ni Massive, layered and maybe ReWire Reason and a layer or two of Thor or Subtronic. Guaranteed a fatty wobble.
