Great millenium for a mix train. Saw it 2 late but Would like to jump on this train as well if still possible. Will have to dust of some vinyl… 
Already have some tracks in my, will try to bump 'em together for a test, if this is cool enough, I will start recording.
(Hopefully my S4 will arrive soon enough, so I can record on that beast.

We set a deadline for each person to do their bit of the mix… you miss your deadline, it moves on to the next person and you miss out on being on the mix.
Tha way it gets doen and there may well be standbys who can then jump in, ie Kontrol.
3 Days each to do it.
