Couple questions about Traktor Scratch + Kontrol S4

Hey Guys,

I own a Kontrol S4 and I will be expanding my set by 2 Pioneer PLX-500’s soon. I want to start playing vinyl but also use them for Traktor Scratch (using the input channels of the Kontrol S4).

I have a couple questions about this, hoping someone here as some answers :slight_smile:

  1. Can I switch between traktor scratch and actual records between a set? What happens if I remove the timecode vinyl and switch it with an actual record?
  2. The PLX-500’s are pre-amped, I assume I will be able to use those with the S4 by just switching them to LINE in stead of PHONO.
