I need some help with Customer Service. This is going to be a part time position. I’m also going to also post an ad on Craigslist, but ideally we are looking to hire someone who is already familiar with DJTT and who would be passionate to work here. Things are very fast paced around here, so the more you know heading into this job the better!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with customers on the phone and via email
Explaining products and options
Helping customers with existing and future orders
Providing way cool customer service
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Friendly and positive attitude
-Reliable and dependable
-Being self-sufficient and able to work independently, but also be a team player
-Good Organizational skills
-Able to start immediately
-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

that job would fit perfectly since i´m finishing my apprenticeship as a retail merchant this summer, but i doubt djtt is willing to wait that long. also i would apply just for one year and also moving to the staates…
