426.1MB update. Took about 3-minutes.

Does this mean I can upgrade to Yosemite?? *crossing fingers

I hope the people at Ni are smart enough to release this with support for Yosemite. If they didn’t, major fail.

I am running Yosemite on my production computer, and it is handling the memory a lot better it seems.

Upgraded now, first problem right from the start; Traktor won’t go in to fullscreen mode, or maximize window. Tried all different options under resolution, and restarted, but nothing. Wasn’t a issue before I updated.

The warning for Yosemite still remains. Do not update. This has been in place for a week or so.

Remember beta testing for the RC for any version of Traktor is ongoing up till the day of release so Yosemite testing was not a priority as most users are still on 10.9

Thanks Karlos for the fast response … I will give the update a try today (as I have not upgraded to Yosemite and am on Mountain Lion)

No worries. FWIW I have been gigging with this exact build of 2.7.0 and I have had no issues on Mavericks.

I guess this answers the ‘Will we see Traktor Pro 3?’ question

I’ve updated and can’t replicate that problem. Windows 7 / Dell XPS 15.

Haven’t updated yet… What’s the iTunes integration? Artwork would make me cum in my pants …

Not necessarily. I’d imagine NI is large enough to have a seperate team to do maintenance programming.

I figured it out. Wasn’t NI problem, just Windows bugging abit due to external monitor plugged in. Disconnected it and opened Traktor, works fine now.

Excellent.

Any details on the itunes integration? That would be the only major factor for me upgrading if it was a big huge intergracion like showing key while in the itunes folder.

Is it that hard to read the article on the DJTT Blog?

This version is now compatible with both MK1 and MK2 timecode records for all TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO owners.

When browsing through the iTunes Node, you can now edit tracks which have been imported into the Track Collection.
When browsing through the iTunes Node, the full context (right-click) menu is now available for tracks which have been imported into the Track Collection.

When browsing through the iTunes Node, analyzed Key is now shown for tracks which have been imported into the Track Collection.
iTunes Playlists now show cumulative time and disk usage in the Status Bar.
TRAKTOR now automatically chooses the newest iTunes Library version if multiple versions (old and new) are found in the iTunes Folder.
Mix Recorder level is no longer dependent on the Main Out volume.
Undesirable filter sweep when enabling the Z Filter on a channel is now fixed.
Canceling the “Delete from Collection” dialog still deleted the tracks from the Collection – fixed.
TRAKTOR crashes when moving effects around in the Pre-Selected Effects list – fixed.
Fixed an issue with the ID3 “Year” tag when non-standard date formats where written by other programs.
When creating a new Playlist, the cursor is now automatically placed into the Playlist Name box.

PS This update brings new life to Denon S3700 users - it appears they now can use Hybrid (HID-like) mode on their players

Anybody can get “Slice Size Adjust” command to work?

I jumped the gun a bit there. I closed and opened Traktor again after I got it working as it should, same problem even if I don’t have external monitor connected.

I also have problem with audio cracking on channel 3 and 4 on my S4 MK1. This worked properly before I upgraded.

Haven’t looked to close, but seems like key is in place.

O wow okay ! After all this time finally itunes intergraded!

Hmm. Windows 8 user here using dual displays. I’m updating now. I kept a back up of the previous version of Traktor, so I guess if I have this same problem, I can uninstall and then install the older version.
