was that not posted on their website on the date at the top which is 28-10-2008?? scratch that haha, strange but thats the date on the top one, but the one i assume your on about is the bottom post lol… im tired sorry…
can i ask how i do this update once its downloaded as ive always done them thru the service centre and never this way..sorry if its a really dumb question
It now is available on SC too, but no point in updating for a lot of us. Shame indeed the missing waveform-bug hasn’t been fixed, and I have been noticing lags every now and then when doing stuff like maximizing Traktor - no mention about that either.
That update did absolutely nothing so disappointed in native instruments !!! Still having CPU issues only when me latency is low if I put it as high as it can go I have no problem
If youre wundering weather or not to upgrade due to some things such as the waveform bug not being addressed yet - if youre a Traktor Scratch user on timecode i strongly suggest you do the update.
The BPM’s fluctuating has been totally solved in my testing so far, the readouts and faders are super stable. Great fix NI.
I didnt have any CPU issues previously but it does appear the CPU usage is overall down.
My timecode CD’s are also calibrated first time more often now. (sometime i had to calibrate a few times when i first loaded TSP2)
Im happy . Just the waveform issue to fix now im my opinion.
Yeah, had my first gig in a while with the vinyl last night. Went really smooth. T2 seems a little fussier than T1 when calibrating generally… but we had to fiddle around with the weight & skate generally because of the creaky, bouncy floorboards!
Yup, I installed the update on my everyday vista boot which I don’t usually play on anymore (audio8 drivers, all of them, have WEIRD cpu usage there).
Spinned for an hour or so, all has been good, and indeed T2’s cpu meter was at a lower level. I’ll update on my DJing XP partition for sure now.
